On the 23rd of July the Steamer Rajmehal arrived at Dehing Mookh with 36 Bengalee coolies embarked at Goalundo for the Dehing Tea Company. They were, I am informed, the onlycoolies on board, so there was no overcrowding, and no sickness of any kind, not a single case of cholera having occurred on the passage up ; and the coolies are said to have been in excellent
